Compression Lock Washers Spacers For Dumbbell Barbell Spinlock Threaded Collars

These are for 1" standard bars that have threaded spin lock collars.

Place between weight plates and collors and tighten collar with a wrench or mallet to lock collars in place so they do not come loose.

Washers are 1/4" thick but with offset is a total of 1/2".
