I bought two of these for a recent trip overseas. I loved mine, but when my husband tried it, he didn’t love it. You have to follow directions, and I think that was his problem lol. So this is brand new in the package with all tags attached. It really is a great pillow. It is super soft and has shoulder support and cushioning. It’s also lightweight, and on the case there’s a clip so you can clip it to your luggage. Thanks for looking!
