Rolex Explorer II Ref.16570 T-Serial All Tritium White Dial 40mm Date Men's watch
Item Description
1990s ref.16570 T-number Cal.3185
The Explorer II, released in 1972, is an evolution of the Explorer I designed for cave exploration. It features a date display, crown guard, and a 24-hour hand, which serves as a compass in areas with unreliable magnetic fields. Unlike the Explorer I, aimed at general adventurers, the Explorer II targets cave explorers with specialized design and functions. It successfully renewed interest in both models, with improved movement including the Cal. 3185 GMT function for tracking time in different regions, and a quick-change date feature. The watch has a unique white all-tritium dial, cream-colored hands and indexes, and comes with a genuine double-lock bracelet that fits wrists up to 20cm. It also includes a complete warranty and an expired retailer warranty.
There are only light scratches and scuffs, and no noticeable damage, so it is in very good condition.
Accuracy: Approximately 10 seconds per day Case diameter: Approximately 40mm
