Vintage St. John Evening/Basics Size 12/14 Large Black Wool-Knit Long Skirt Suit made in USA
of St. John's classic "Santana" stretch wool-blend knit. Blazer is somewhat short in length with
shoulder pads and full zip front closure with sparkly, dangling crystal/rhinestone studded silver
tone metal zipper pull. In addition, there are silver tone decorative buckle-like features each
studded with crystals down the front zipper-line and at the cuffs, giving the blazer somewhat
of a stylish military look. The skirt is by St. John Basics, is mid-calf to long in length and
matches the color, texture and knit style of the blazer with a stretch waist, back vent/slit
and no closures. Suit is in overall excellent and clean pre-owned vintage condition showing
signs of previous use and age one might expect.
As for sizing, suit is a size large as the blazer is marked size 14 and the skirt a size 12
as shown in the last photo however please also refer to the following measurements
and/or compare to your best fitting blazer & skirt to ensure a proper fit. Measurements
are taken while garments are lying flat and zipped up. With all measurements please take
into account the stretchy nature of the knit fabric.
