This kit of a large industrial warehouse/factory building can be constructed either as a low-relief model or a free-standing structure. The well proportioned substantial model will certainly add an industrial theme to your layout and portrays a red-brick building with lots of realistic features. The kit requires assembly from pre-cut, pre-printed thick card sheets, full instructions are provided to help with the build.

If constructing the kit as a low-relief model, it will build two warehouse buildings connected by a footbridge. If constructing the kit as a stand-alone model, it will build one substantial warehouse.

Measurements (low relief version)

• Building A has a footprint of 60mm x 120mm and a height of 205mm
• Building B has a footprint of 120mm x 120mm and a height of 205mm (There is an option to construct building B to the same dimensions as building A)
• The connecting footbridge between the two buildings measures 120mm long
