Sturdy.  Well-made.  Good Looking.  Practical.

In very good vintage condition with visible dirt scuffs.  NOTE:  See the last photo?  That's pretty much what this looked like (filthy) before I did a first wash.  It took off a lot of the label.  So, for all the needed information, see the last photo. 

Measurements:  40" long without expansion x 3" diameter

Aluminum is good.

Rubber inside of caps is pretty good.

This rod case does not come with a handle. 

While the condition is good, there is still some tape/sticker residue.
