This listing is for a Vintage, Brass, Atlantic City, New Jersey, Souvenir Pipe Holder of a Seahorse Design.  One dorsal fin is marked "Atlantic City." Could also have been used as an ash tray.  Best of all, IT STILL WORKS! 

Approx. 5 in. long from nose to tail curl, 2-1/8 in. wide from fin to fin.  Weighs in at 8.5 ounces.  Nice patina.
