This reader is a T0 - “Priority Standard Profile” from HID in a standard configuration, meaning that it can read MIFARE, HID iCLASS, Seos and HID Mobile Authentication credentials ONLY. It does NOT read 125kHz Prox. Please see photos 2, 3 and 4 for more info.All HID Signo readers are brand new, unused, and shipped in original factory packaging.
Additionally, these are TKS models, meaning that they do not have a pigtail connector like NKS models and have terminal connectors instead. You connect your lines directly to these units' screw-terminals as opposed to splicing them with the older pigtail style. See photo 5 for details.

- Non-functional units out of the box
- Malfunctions during normal, intended access control usage
What’s Not Covered
- Physical damage, tampering, or misuse
- Improper installation or wiring
- Water or environmental damage outside rated spec (IP65)
- Software/firmware compatibility issues (buyer is responsible for system compatibility)
- Alterations to, or tampering with the device
Replacement Process
- Contact us within the warranty period to initiate a replacement claim
- You must provide photos, a description of the issue, and return the unit for evaluation
- Serial number must match the unit we originally shipped (we track all serials)
- Any alterations or tampering with the serial number label on the reader, or with the device itself, will void this warranty
- Upon verification, we’ll ship a replacement unit at no additional cost
Returns & Buyer Responsibility
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the unit is DOA
- We do not offer refunds — replacements only (if available)
- If no replacement units are available, we will accept the item for a full refund
- Buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their access control system
- These readers are HID Priority models and therefore lack the physical hardware needed to read 125kHz Prox. No refunds will be issued if you fail to understand this.
