Stationary trainers are fixed and don't allow the bike to move naturally, which can lead to discomfort during long rides. Rocker plates allow for slight lateral movement, reducing pressure on the saddle and providing a more dynamic and comfortable experience.
Remove the original foot, gently tap it into place using a rubber mallet, and place tennis balls under feet. Soapy water can be used as lubricant, if needed.
