Unusual Vintage Cobalt Cut -to-Clear Magnum Paperweight 4.6"

This is a true Magnum Paperweight (minimum of 3.1") at 4.6 inches in diameter.  Many so called Magnum Paperweights are smaller than 3.1" or do not give the size.  This weight is hollow, so the weight of 29 oz. is less than most other weights of this size.
