For sale is a lower wheel shaft with used bearings for a Sears Craftsman Model 113.248510 Electronic 12" band saw.  It will fit numerous models, check at searspartsdirect.com to see if yours is one of them.

The shaft is in good shape.  One of the bearings moves more freely than the other.

The band saw is seen in photos, is not included.
