Offered for sale is a pair of original RAF related enamel lapel badge.

The first badge is for the Royal Air Force Association, and depicts a winged eagle standing atop a globe over a banner with the letters "R.A.F.A", with red, blue and white enamel detailing. The rear has a buttonhole fixing allowing it to be worn. The second badge depicts a winged griffin surrounded by a border with the words "CCVII SQUADRON ROYAL AIR FORCE", over a scroll with the motto "SEMPER PARATUS", the whole topped with the Queen's Crown, plus red, blue and white enamel detailing. The rear has a simple pin fixing allowing it to be worn.

Both are in very good condition, with slight age related wear. 

Would make an excellent gift to any collector of items relating to the RAF in the mid 20th century or a former member of 207 Squadron.
