This postcard features a real photo of the Fall River MA railroad yard office in 1973. The photo was taken by Howard Goodwin and printed on paper in a standard size of 5.5x3.5 inches. The postcard is an original.

This item was handmade in a darkroom using old fashioned film equipment.

Photo is printed on photo postcard paper.  It wasn't made on a computer printer.  Amateur historians used to make photos in a darkroom using negatives.  They collected old negatives, they made negatives by taking photographs of old photos and they made photos of current scenes.

This particular postcard is from Howard Goodwin's collection.  He had over 12,000 negatives and made postcards from them.  He or one of his buddies most likely made this.
