Vintage two-strand cultured pearl necklace containing round pearls measuring approximately 8.00–8.50 mm in diameter. The pearls exhibit a creamy white bodycolor with fair to good luster. The strands are individually knotted on silk and currently need restringing.
The decorative clasp features a single 7.93 mm pearl surrounded by pave-set single cut diamonds in a swirling filigree design. The clasp is stamped “14K” but tests as 10K white gold, constructed with a filigree gallery, tongue-and-box mechanism, and an additional safety latch for security. The necklace measures approximately 15 inches in length and weighs a total of 70.27 grams.
