This is a vintage paperback copy of the 1970 Annual Proceedings of the Railway Fuel and Operating Officers Association Inc.
It is from their 34th annual technical conference at the Sherman House Hotel in Chicago.
It is pretty boring reading to a layperson like me, but I'm sure it would be interesting to someone in the industry.
It measures approximately 6 1/8" by 9", with 180 numbered pages.
It is in excellent condition with no written on, torn or missing pages that I can see, and only some very minor shelf wear to the covers and spine, although there is a small glue pull between the front cover and page 1.

That being said, most of the items listed are used, unless noted otherwise, and have some minor flaws which I try to describe to the best of my abilities.
