I will do my best to ensure that all orders are placed before 12 pm. on a working day are dispatched the same day. But please allow us 2 days' delivery time on all orders

UK mail/ DHL with free 24h delivery to UK mainland Northern Ireland and Highlands price may be very so please contact me before purchase

Also, for Nother Ireland and Highlands, I am unable to use the above courier and will have to use Collet Plus with is in the same price, but delivery is sated by courier as 3 to 5 days

Global shipping program delivery time may be very dependent on your country / location

RETURNS

I want to make sure that you are 100% happy with all the purchases you make with me. On rare occasions, we understand that you may need to return a product.   Our returns process is simple  and as follows

Step 1 - Contact us stating reason for return                                                                                                              

Step 2 - Await return guidelines to be issued, which will provide all information required to return your item (s).
