You are buying one galvanized steel locking collar for an Innova DisCatcher Pro 28 or 24 basket with the permanent pole. This collar slides on the pole and lines up to the installation tube which is cemented in the ground. This part is brand new. I used one stock image, but the rest are the actual part you're buying. The installation sleeve that gets buried in the ground is not included.
