Postage and Packing
I dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but no later than 2 working days. Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour is included in the price. For a small additional fee this can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour. I do combine postage and should you buy more than one item from me I will try to make a saving on postage and refund you through eBay. I also try to recycle packaging wherever possible.
Returns
I do accept returns within 30 days. Can you please ensure that the item is returned undamaged in its original packaging? I always try to offer a full refund but if there is damage to the item or packaging is missing then I may need to reduce the refund. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as listed then I will pay for the postage. If it is because you change your mind or do not like the item, then I will ask you please to pay the postage for the return.
