The item has been used and does contain signs of wear including marks and scuffs. The blade is intact although slightly slanted but the screws can be adjusted as required. Due to storage there is some dirt present inside but this can easily be cleaned off. The mechanisms work without any issues. The item will come as pictured.   The tape arm is not included.
