The item is in used condition and does contain signs of wear including marks and scuffs. It turns on without any issues but the outputs have a small discrepancy : Output 1 does have a difference of  +0.1V, Output 2 has a difference of +0.2V. The item will come with a power supply cable  See photos for all details.
