USA models have a fake LED pilot light below the middle of the windscreen that does not turn on. If you have a USA/Canadian model R6 please purchase it from our other listing that does not come with the DRL hookup harness for non-USA models.

We've been getting a lot of confusion from non-USA buyers on whether they should purchase the DRL hookup harness for or not, so we have created this listing specifically for non-USA model R6 that comes bundled with the DRL hookup harness.

This is a combined version now with ECE Certification (E-Mark) and SAE DOT compliance for worldwide street legal use. Allows for street legal use in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and all countries that accept E-Mark standards (download list of countries on our website) DRL hookup harness required to enable the LED lights bars to turn on for those countries that do not support DRL in the front turn signals, sold separately - see below.

The one and only aftermarket R6 head light that has been tested in a photometric laboratory to meet and exceed SAE/DOT and ECE certification requirements for UNECE regulations for motorcycle lighting . Don't be fooled into purchasing head lights that are not SAE DOT/ECE approved or 'for off-road using only'. Those head lights have the incorrect focus on the beams and scatter the light everywhere, which may blind oncoming traffic and/or cause unsafe riding conditions.
