Rail car kit is in NEW unassembled condition.  I didn't notice any imperfections or broken/missing parts; however, that can't be guaranteed.  Assembly instructions are included.  Please note that the box has water damage.  What you see is what you get (if it's not in the pictures, it's not included).  Please refer to the pictures and use the zoom-in feature to get a closer look.  Sold as-is.

Shipping Notes:

I ship daily (Monday-Friday), except Postal Holidays.  The item(s) will be properly protected/packed in an appropriate-sized cardboard box to provide adequate protection under normal shipping conditions.  Mailed via USPS/UPS/FedEx with a trackable service.
