Dispatch

We always dispatch our orders the same working day. If an order is placed on a weekend/ holiday, then it is dispatched the working day that follows. The delivery date depends on the shipping service opted at checkout.

Domestic Within UK

In the unlikely event that your goods fail to arrive within 10 working days of dispatch you should contact us in writing so that we could solve the problem.

International

In the unlikely event that your goods fail to arrive within 25 working days(for EU addresses) or 35 working days (for Non-EU addresses) of dispatch you should contact us in writing so that we could solve the problem.
