New with Tags - Mac Duggal Embroidered Mesh Cold Shoulder Cocktail Dress - SZ 14 - Black & Multi.

Hard to tell from pictures but this is a cold shoulder dress so sleeves drop off onto arms. Check out last picture for best photo of sleeves. Chest is well padded, bottom of dress is very poofy with tulle underneath. Absolutely gorgeous colors & pattern, again hard to tell from pictures!
