Safety bodies
We inform you that pursuant to Legislative Decree 24.06.2003, n. 209, and subsequent amendments and/or additions, the spare parts relating to the safety of the vehicle can only be transferred to members of the companies operating self -repair activities which, pursuant to art.1, paragraph 3, of law 05.02.1992, n. 122, are distinguished in the activities of:
a) mechanics and motor; b) bodywork; c) electrician; d) Gommist.
We report the spare parts as listed in Annex III of Decree no. 209 of 24.06.2003, recalled to art. 15, paragraph 7:
Brake system: servcum; pump/brake cylinder; discs/drums; complete caliper; PortaFreni disk; flexible/rigid pipes; complete pedal; handbrake caraly; handbrake lever.
Steering: Superior and lower tree articulated; Title/wheelbing side; hydroguid pipes; power steering organs.
Front/rear suspension: uprights/hubs/fuses with related bearings; oscillating arms; sphere pins; Stabilizers/longitudinal stabilizers/bar; crossbar and frames; shock absorbers. Transmission: semiassi.
Various:Power system pipes; external petrol pump; REERMENS OF REERMENS FOR PASSIVE SAFETY (belts, Pretensionaries, Air Bag).
Marino Car Service Srl reserves, therefore, the right not to escape the orders that present spare parts belonging to the categories listed above or if, at its sole disadvantaged judgment, they believe they can be part of it.
It is possible to order these spare parts by providing the details of the authoritor who physically will make the assembly of the spare parts.
