Unbranded   Vintage 1960s hot pants in royal blue velvet! Lined in satin with seams at waist and darts on butt for shaping. Closes with a metal back zipper and hook to close. Did not fit the mannequin so best for an XXS/XS. Material has no stretch anywhere so please check below for best fit.                                                                    Bust -- Waist 25'' Hips 32'' Leg Holes 20'' Shoulder to Shoulder -- Inseam 2'' Rise 13'' Some storage yellowing to inner thighs on leg band that was impossible to photo because of how reflective velvet is.
