The Bhutan 10 Ngultrum Banknote was issued by the Royal Monetary Authority of Bhutan in 2000. This purple banknote bears Dzongkha and English texts. Its obverse features the 4th king, Jigme Singye Wangchuck, the royal emblem, a Dungkar (conch) which is one of the eight good luck symbols. The reverse depicts the Paro Rinpung Dzong which is a Bhuddist monastery and fortress. The banknote contains a solid security thread and a ROYAL MONETARY AUTHORITY pattern watermark. It is 140 x 70 mm in size and is signed by Chairman Lyonpo Yeshey Zimba, This banknote is in uncirculated condition.
