This is a non-retail DSi development unit, often called the "Panda Unit"

It was never sold in stores, and was used by Nintendo for testing and manufacturing the 3DS.  It features unique specialized software and firmware designed for factory use. These units were meant to be destroyed after manufacturing was complete, and as such are very rare.

This unit has minor wear on the outside, but is in great condition on the inside. It has been tested thoroughly and is 100% working. A Nintendo official charger is included with the system.
