SR ‘BY’ Utility Van

This vehicle is basically a standard Southern Railway van extended to include a guards compartment. First built in 1937, 250 of these vans were widely used throughout the network. This is an ideal vehicle for Southern branch line trains.

This finely moulded plastic wagon kit comes complete with pin point axle wheels and bearings. Glue and paint will be required, along with appropriate transfers. Additional parts to enable the vehicle to be modelled incorporating modifications made to the prototypes during their working life are included where appropriate.

Comes with metal wheels. Coupling required.
