Based on an a real-life building close to our headquarters, this versatile building can be assembled as either a pristine building, derelict, or anywhere in between, in a similar manner to our Barn kit and has lots of scope for kit-bashing. Supplied with a choice of stone and brick exterior and interior wraps and our new pre-weathered laser cut roof tiles, this kit enables you to build a very realistic outbuilding for your model railway layout or diecast diorama.

Can be used alongside our barn kit, or as a standalone building in a goods yard, farm, builders yard...There are so many options for this kit. It could be the offices for a builders merchant or timber yard... anything! 

The model features lots of laser cut detail including roof trusses, roof slates & fully detailed doors & Windows (which can be glazed with a little piece of the kit packaging).

Doors & Windows require painting which can be done with solvent or acrylic based paints.

Step-by-step instructions are included giving great results for modellers of all ages and abilities. Fully compatible with all model railway brands & buildings, including Hornby, Bachmann, Superquick and Metcalfe.
