This is brand new and has never been played with. I bought it from an old 80s toy store owner. The decals are still stuck to their original sheets. The box is a little bit rough but with the heat press, it would clean up nicely. As pictured the box does have a tear, but that was reflected in the price. Hard to find one of these in this nice of condition.
