Any product returned for ANY REASON must be returned in its original and serial matching box / packaging.** 

This product comes in a factory sealed standard brown JL Audio box not the standard retail packaging (see picture).  These were intended for OEM installations (during boat manufacturing process) so the standard retail packaging wasn't necessary.
