We're excited to present this Ghost G8FOD from our friends at Legator! Featuring a wild California Buckeye Burl top and an ebony fretboard, this is a stunningly unique Ghost - and given it's also a headless 8-string multi-scale, that's definitely saying something!

The California Buckeye Burl top under the "Black Ice" finish is truly difficult to describe... the distinct way it transitions to a stark white is simply something that must be seen to believed. The gorgeous dark ebony fretboard was the perfect choice to complement the crazy look of the top.

In addition to the sheer lightweight and ergonomic playing experience that comes with the territory of headless instruments, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Legator's extended range axes feel pretty natural to move over to from a more conventional 6-string instrument. Legator did a great job with the neck profile, frets & and fretboard radius for a very intuitive experience.

For as hauntingly beautiful as this axe is, this guitar is a metal machine through and through. High-gain riffage and sharp crystal cleans are both present in spades on this axe thanks to the acoustic clarity and attack of the mahogany body and roasted maple neck.

The renowned Fishman Fluence Modern 8-string humbuckers have have become known for their extreme clarity under heavy distortion. They retain string definition and high-end punch along with a tight low-end boom all the way down to the lowest open note. The guitar is also equipped with a push-pull pot that switches between two distinct voicings for the pickups, further increasing their versatility.
