This is a nice vintage Soma pull-back mini British steam loco with tender.
It is lettered for the WP RR, with road #20357.
It is red, and does work.
It is not to any scale that I'm aware of, and has British style bumpers on each end.
The locomotive measures approximately 3 1/8" long over the couplers by 7/8" wide, and is 1 1/2" tall.
It is in excellent condition, and appears to be unused.
