I live in an older house so the pipes are old and easily clogs with hair. I have 2 daughters with long curly hair. Our tub used to clog often. I have tried many different mesh strainer. After a while it would become moldy or yukky and hard to clean. This one works far better than any. Its also easy to dump the hair out and reuse. The price is reasonable and its environmentally friendly.

Great Item!
This product is the best drain strainer I have found. It does a great job at keeping hair and debris out of the drain thus diminishing the amount of time I spend cleaning or plunging yukky stuff. As an Airbnb host, this simple product is exactly what I needed. When it comes to cleaning the bathroom when a guest departs, the worst part for me was the hair in the bathtub drain. Fantastic product!
I wish I had found this product earlier - I use it every time I wash my hair to avoid clogging my bathtub drain. It collects all the hair and leaves the drain completely clean!
I love the fact it's environmentally friendly, and it's at a reasonable cost.

No more clogged drains or pipes!
I have an old-style shower basin with no screen over the drain and it used to get clogged about every 2 weeks. The water drainage would slow to the point where I'd have to snake the drain with a disposable snake to pull out all the gross stuff from the pipe. So I started doing so research and found these Bathtub Strainees. They are perfect- snug fit in my drain, and they are biodegradable so I can compost the used ones. Now when the drainage gets slow, I just replace my Strainee for a few pennies!
