THIS IS A NEW GENUINE POWER WINDOW MOTOR, NO THREADS.  ALWAYS CHECK FOR BROKEN WIRING IN THE DOOR JAMS.  TRUST ME CHECK FOR BROKEN WIRING. ALL THE DOORS USUALLY HAVE PROBLEMS IN THE RUBBER DOOR JAM BOOTS.
