After filling out the return request form we will respond within 48 hours and let you know if you need to return the item or not. In some cases, we may decide to let you keep the item,
and refund a portion or all the purchase price to your original payment method.
In the event, we ask for you return the item you may be responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund your full purchase price within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
We retain the right to deny a refund if we suspect fraud or misrepresentation. For examples you attempt to return an item that is different from what you received.
When do I get my Money?
eBay conducts all payment transactions in the marketplace, Sellers approve then submit refunds to be processed. If we have already submitted a refund to eBay, and you have additional questions you may need to contact eBay Customer Service. Depending on your bank, you may not see the refund posted to your account for 3-5 business days. However, in many cases it may post that same day.
