Overall in good condition. Powers on, reads memory sticks, display & controls work. Battery compartment is corrosion-free.

The camera will display an error message preventing the user from taking photos, saying to turn the camera on and off. This is likely the result of a stuck lens or lens cover. I don't have the time to pursue this, so selling as-is. If you move the lens cover back manually, you can see that the lens and sensor works just fine, as live video will aopear on the display, only that any ability to actually take photos is prevented by the camera.
