SOLD 40 nice ones so far. Now listing 1 more box tonite that is colorful with a taped corner and chipping on the colored sides. This box is priced for the packs not the box. Price reflects the fact they are miss wraps and not perfect packs. Packs will have curving, extra wax, some with no gum, corner wear. Great rookie year with Sandberg, Boggs and Gwynn. NO RETURNS or money back as I have described them fully. If you are expecting all mint looking packs these are not that way in this box. The extra wax which causes a color on the wax. Also a few may have white on the wrapper due to the miss wrap with the wrapper machine. Sometimes there is no gum. My price reflects an off-grade pack box. The packs are unopened so have no idea on the cards. Don't expect all mint cards because of the pack conditions. Got some nice gradable Rookies that were fine in ones I opened due to not being sealed, but since they are unopened, nothing is guaranteed. This auction is for a 1983 Topps Baseball Wax Box with 36 wax packs that are miss wraps and other issues as stated above.. Got them directly from Topps factory around 1985.  Back then nothing was sealed in plastic like it is today. See my condition description above for more detail. My original stock from 1985 when I purchased truck loads from the factory. The reason they are called miss wraps is because of extra wax on the wrappers. no gum in some, wrapped incorrectly and some had extra cards, curved packs and heavy wax.  No small ones in the box. I have some boxes of small ones listed also because packs with not enough cards to be a full pack this also called miss wraps.  See last 4 scans of this box. Sold a ton of these wax miss wraps about a year ago but never sold any of the smaller thinner packs. They have 52 mini packs in the box. Look for them on my listings. Will be listing some more 1982 Topps grocery baseball packs again soon.
