Working principle
The linear vibrating screen is driven by a vibrating motor. When the vibrating motor rotates synchronously and reversely, the exciting force produced by the eccentric block cancels each other in the direction parallel to the axis of the motor, and superimposes a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the motor, so the trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The motor shaft has an inclination angle relative to the screen surface.
Under the combined action of the exciting force and the gravity of the material, the material is thrown up and jumped forward in a straight line motion on the screen surface, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material. It can be used to realize automatic operation in pipeline.
