I have had these boots for many years left unworn in my closet, and lucky for me, forgotten that I had them. My best guess is at least 20 years. I also have original box boots came in. I have never worn these as the photos will show. As for model or style size the boots have 26382 stamped on both boots with stock number 902. As for quality these boots have it. These were still made when craftsmanship was important. As for the company today, I do not know. Size 9.5 D. The inner boots are lined with finish leather from sides to bottom, and hand sewn together.

They have 9 boot loop ties with top 4 being the quick tie type. They have an inner sole which is stamped "Filson, Made in Italy." Not sure if the boots were made in Italy or in Seattle, or if this stamp only pertained to inner sole covering. I believe it was Italy as per the mark. Photos show a complete description better than any words. Extremely well built.

I can compare these to my Red Wing boots for quality build and there really is no comparison. These Filson boots are built like no other boot I have seen. Being that these are an older model I do not know if Filson still stitches the insides of their boots with leather as well. I know that my Red Wing work boots do not have this kind of finish.
