This vintage set features a frosted glass brooch with marquise-shaped stones and round AB rhinestones that are prong set. The gold tone rope like edge and the open work design make the stones bling.  The brooch is complemented by clip-on earrings with the same design. The gold color and elegant rhinestone accents make it a timeless and sophisticated accessory. Although unsigned I have seen the same brooch listed as Juliana, a brand that did not always sign their pieces but often had foil hang tags which were generally discarded.  So these pieces have a touch of mystery as well as vintage charm.
