This unique necklace features an Italian-made holy medal, as well as a sparkling Birthstone Crystal and Letter Charm. The holy medal features the saint on one side, with "Pray for Us" engraved on the reverse side.

Measurements are as follows: holy medal is 1" x 5/8", the diameter of the letter charm is 0.5" and the diameter of the birthstone crystal is 0.4".

Your necklace will be tucked inside an organza gift bag.
