Here we have a 1919, Antonio Curatoli 3/4 size violin, labeled and numbered 2792, with case and Japanese bow.  “Antonio Curatoli” was the trade name used by the workshop and this violin was actually made in Markneukirchen, Germany, even though it has an Italian-sounding name.  According to the inside label, the violin is a "Strad" copy.  It is in need of a new set-up and the varnish is worn in some places.  I do not see any serious cracks anywhere. The 3/4 Japanese bow is marked "Made In Japan" and appears to be in good condition, but needs re-hairing.  The case is old, but sturdy and usable.  Cleaned up, this violin would make a very nice instrument for a smaller adult, or an older child.

Violin measures approximately 21 1/2 inches from top of scroll to button, body length 13 inches, lower bout width 7 1/2 inches, upper bout width 5 5/8 inches.

Bow measures approximately 26.5 inches long and weighs about 44 grams.

I ship only within the United States.  Sorry, I cannot accept international orders.
