The 20% restocking fee only applies if the buyer wants to return an item with nothing wrong with it. If it is our fault, then it will NOT be charged.  Reasons for the 20% restock fee would be: buying the wrong item, not reading the description when the item is described correctly and other similar situations. 

If an item is sold as "parts only" it means there is something wrong with it. We are no longer taking returns on items sold as "parts only" unless it is completely our fault.
