Shipping

All orders received before 12 noon are dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery is typically 2-3 working days. Express delivery is available on checkout. And comes with a smiley face :)


Returns & Refunds

If for some reason you think we completely suck :p......you can return any un-opened items within 30 days of placing your order. Woo!! We will happily cover the return postage costs, too, if the error was ours (for example you received the incorrect item). Once the goods are received back they will be inspected, and if a refund is approved you will usually receive this within 7 working days.


Undelivered Items

If within 7 days of your estimated delivery date you're like...."Noooooooooo, where's my stuff?!?!", it's possible that there's been a problem with your delivery. It's a rare occurrence, however couriers are not flawless super heroes and mistakes can happen! Please let us know within 7 days and we'll get this resolved for you. Claims made after this time may not be approved. Life's tough, yo!! ;)
