For freight shipments, please message us your phone number and any special instructions for the driver to locate you. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska, P.O. Boxes, or APOs. No local pick-up. While we offer free shipping, some states impose a small surcharge, which you will see at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If your merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping, we will replace the item if available or issue you a prepaid return label for a full refund. If your item has a missing or damaged part, please message us before opening a return or assembling it, and we will have that part shipped to you, if available. Returns must be unopened in the original box with materials and accessories.
