Never installed, was left over from a truck performance and repair shop that closed down.  Made by TiAL Sport (for use with BorgWarner S400 Turbo, but this itself is not a BorgWarner product.)  Pictures show the exact item being sold.  Just the housing, no bolts, clamps, blades, or any other pieces.  What you see is exactly what you will receive.
