How It Works:

The Vortex technology injects air into the top of the fire pit for a smoke free burn as you can see from the image above (holes shown by black arrow).

Simply burn wood and get no smoke once the fire pit is up to temperature after about 5-10 minutes.

Colour Change

Stainless steel changes colour when it gets hot due to oxidation. The heat forms a thin oxide layer on the surface, and depending on the temperature, it reflects light differently—causing colours like gold, blue, purple, or bronze to appear. It’s totally normal and doesn’t affect performance—just a cool heat patina!

Quality Control

Every one of our products is fully checked prior to despatch, no exceptions.

Packaging

One area we constantly read about is other sellers and their poor packaging. These firepits are in specially designed boxes held in place with

polystyrene side holdings. Everything is done with the intention of getting the product to you in pristine condition. If there is any damage in transit

we will replace the item at our cost, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve quickly.

Items are packed, checked and then shipped via Parcelforce Express24 to ensure that the fire arrives to you in perfect order.

We will update tracking for you once shipped and if you`ve added a mobile number you should get a text off the courier with updates.

Payment is simple, the easiest way is via PayPal/Ebay Payments as with most Ebay purchases.

If you don`t have a PayPal account you can still use PayPal by entering your card details.

If you prefer to simply pay via card then we can send you a form asking for the card details and we can process it via our Merchant Account with Secure Trading who will email you a receipt.
