Packing & Handling

• All raw books come bagged and boarded.
• All single-item shipments are sent in Gemini Mailers with "HANDLE WITH CARE" stickers on each side.

Grading

We are conservative graders, always adhering to Overstreet grading standards. All assigned grades are inclusive of damage such as chips, tears, water damage, overall wear, writing, retailer marks, stamps, spine rolls, and similar defects.

Significant damage such as missing staples, a detached cover, or a detached centerfold will be noted in the condition description.

Please review the photos closely for clear views of the front and back covers of the book listed.

Shipping Policy — Domestic & International

We ship all items promptly, within the stated handling time, and provide a valid tracking number once the item is handed to the carrier. Our responsibility ends once the package is accepted by the carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered items after shipment.

Purchasing shipping insurance is the buyer’s responsibility. Insurance will not be added unless the buyer specifically requests it before payment. For high-value or fragile items, we strongly recommend that buyers request insurance to protect their purchase.

International Shipping / Ordering / Checkout

For international buyers, CHLV uses the eBay International Shipping Program. This program controls everything from invoicing to shipping and import charges.

The International Shipping Program provides buyers with an invoice for all applicable item, shipping, and import charges. These invoices cannot be edited by the seller.

When the buyer pays, the seller ships the item to the U.S. shipping center specified, and the International Shipping Program forwards it to the buyer.
